Returns Policy
Only stock or standard products are eligible for return. Customers must contact the office within 14 days of delivery; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Specialty and customized products, including specialty paint, loader mounts, and custom builds, cannot be returned. All returned items must be unused.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including properly packaging the item for return. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, including refused shipments. Products shipped via LTL must be securely banded and placed on a pallet for return shipping.
Express Steel Inc. will arrange the freight pickup for returns, but customers are responsible for printing the Bill of Lading and return label. Refunds, minus return shipping costs and the restocking fee, will be issued once the product arrives at Express Steel, is inspected, deemed to be in good condition, and the final freight bill is received.
Custom-made items are not eligible for return, so customers should carefully verify all measurements and specifications before purchasing. Additionally, customers are solely responsible for ensuring they order the correct mounting system for their machine.
Shipping
Free shipping is available to the lower 48 states; however, the customer must have the necessary equipment to unload the shipment. An additional fee applies for shipping the XP36 and XP42 snow pushers to Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and New Mexico as well as additional shipping costs for 5 & 6 yard Hoppers. Large freight items will be banded to a pallet and delivered via semi-truck. The driver will bring the shipment to the back of the truck, but the customer is responsible for unloading it.
If unloading equipment is not available, customers may opt for a liftgate delivery for a $75 fee. However, someone must still be present to sign for the delivery. Additional charges apply for deliveries to islands, and customers should contact our office for specific rates.
For residential deliveries, customers must select this option at checkout. Once the freight reaches the local terminal, the carrier will schedule a delivery window. The driver will not call an hour before delivery unless the $15 notify option is added. This fee, charged by the freight carrier—not Express Steel—ensures a call 1 to 2 hours before delivery. If ordering multiple items, this option only needs to be selected once.
