Express Steel Attachment Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Dealers and resellers are not eligible to participate. Employees of Express Steel and their immediate families or household members are also not eligible.

2. Promotional Period:

The giveaway begins at 9:00 AM ET on July 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 20, 2025.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter for free, fill out the official entry form available at ExpressSteelInc.com. One official form entry per person. Filling out the form multiple times will not create multiple entries.

  • Additional entries may be earned by purchasing Express Steel products during the promotional period. For every $250 spent, the participant will receive one (1) additional entry.

  • Only purchases made directly by retail customers (non-dealers) qualify for bonus entries.

4. Prize Details:

One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) attachment from the following eligible products:

  • 72” Smooth Bucket ($1130)

  • 42” Mini Skid Steer Smooth Bucket ($695 or $690)

  • 42” Standard Pallet Forks ($825)

  • 42” Mini Skid Steer Pallet Forks ($750)

  • 66” Solid Bottom Two Cylinder Grapple Bucket ($1905)

  • 42” Mini Skid Steer Dingo Root Grapple ($1880) / 48” Mini Skid Steer Bobcat Root Grapple ($1920) 

Winner does have the option to use the cash value of $1000 towards another attachment from Express Steel.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 21, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity & Marketing:

By entering, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing materials from Express Steel. You may unsubscribe at any time. Express Steel will never sell or distribute your information to third parties.

7. General Conditions:

  • Express Steel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time for any reason.

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

  • Express Steel is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that may impact entry or drawing.

8. Limitation of Liability:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Express Steel and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
