EXPRESS STEEL RETURN POLICY
Only stock/standard products can be returned. You must contact the office within 14 days from the time of delivery, or your return will not be accepted. Specialty and customized products including paint, mounts, and custom builds cannot be returned. All items must be unused.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Products shipping LTL must be banded and secured to a pallet for return shipping.
- Express Steel Inc. will schedule the freight pick up for all returns. The customer will be responsible for printing bill of lading and return label.
- Refund, less return shipping, will be credited once the product arrives at Express Steel, it is inspected and in good condition, and we have received the final freight bill.
- Custom made items are not eligible for return. Please verify all measurements and specs before purchase.
- Customers are solely responsible to make sure they are ordering the correct mounts for their machine.
