Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing office tasks effectively.

Duties: – Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management – Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members – Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks – Process payroll and maintain accurate records – Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed – Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls – Oversee office management tasks, such as maintaining records – Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

Experience: – Proven experience in office management or a similar role – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively – Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management tasks – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
